Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges range from *PKR 500 to PKR 1,000*, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and destination.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Unvarying Electronics.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  •  The product was damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within *7 days* of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, and purchase invoice.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications will not be eligible for return.
  • Once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our technical team, a replacement or refund will be processed according to company policy.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
  • Refund processing may take *7–14 business days* after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to an error by Unvarying Electronics.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible Unvarying Electronics products are covered by a *1-Year Limited Warranty* from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Unvarying Electronics will inspect the product and, where applicable, repair or replace the defective component at no additional cost.

A valid purchase invoice or warranty card must be presented to claim warranty services.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does *not* cover:

  • Physical damage or accidental breakage.
  • Mishandling, misuse, negligence, or improper operation.
  • Damage caused by accidental drops or impact.
  • Burning caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper electrical supply.
  • Water or liquid damage unless the product is specifically designed for such use.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow the user manual.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or surface damage.
  • Consumable parts and accessories such as filters, brushes, batteries, hoses, cables, adapters, remote controls, and similar components unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Spare Parts & Paid Repairs

After the warranty period expires:

  • Genuine spare parts and repair services will be available on a *paid basis*.
  • Services are subject to product inspection, company policy, and spare parts availability.
  • Repair and replacement costs will be communicated before any work is carried out.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact the Unvarying Electronics Customer Support team.
  2. Provide your purchase invoice or warranty card.
  3. Share the product model along with a brief description of the issue.
  4. Our support team will guide you through the inspection, repair, or replacement process.

Important Information

  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from *Unvarying Electronics* or its authorized dealers and distributors.
  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • All warranty, return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Unvarying Electronics.
  • If a product cannot be repaired, Unvarying Electronics reserves the right to replace it with the same model or an equivalent model, subject to availability.
  • Product specifications, prices, warranty terms, and company policies may be revised without prior notice.
